If you need help with the design process, we can provide assistance in creating your ideal plan. Starting from basic ideas and information, a concept is started and worked into a final design that is custom fit to your needs.

 

Specialized Out-Sourcing:

We can help reduce your companies in-house design budget by supplementing your firms drafting capabilities on a “As Needed Basis”. Cadline Design can provide the necessary assistance in meeting deadlines and budget. We have worked with many large industrial and engineering firms as well as the private individual.

 

Fees:

Our services are based on an hourly charge rate of $75.00/hour.

-For most home plan sets this averages out to about $1.50 per sq.ft.

 

Plan sets typically include:

• General specifications with design data

• Fully dimensioned floor plans

• Foundation plans with necessary details

• All exterior elevations

• Cross sections/detail views as required

• Framing plans as required

• Window and door schedules
